GrammyFone is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The points below add what is specific to GrammyFone.
Not an emergency service
GrammyFone is a convenience tool. It does not replace calling emergency services directly, a medical alert system, or monitoring by a professional service. The Emergency button starts a regular phone call on the device, which depends on the phone, its network coverage and the number configured. Emergency alerts to family depend on internet access, iCloud, notification settings and location permission, and may be delayed or not delivered. Do not rely on GrammyFone as the only way to get help.
Shared setups
Anyone with an invite link you create can view and change that phone setup. You are responsible for who you send it to and for having permission to add other people's names, numbers and photos.
Purchases
GrammyFone Family is a one-time, non-consumable purchase through the App Store, shareable with Family Sharing. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GrammyFone is provided "as is", without warranties, and the developer is not liable for missed, failed or delayed calls or alerts.
