GPXWalk — Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

GPXWalk does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. We have no servers, no analytics, and no tracking.

2. Location Data

GPXWalk accesses your device's GPS location solely to display your position on the map and detect proximity to waypoints. Your location data stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.

3. GPX Files

GPX files you import are stored locally in the app's sandbox on your device. They are not uploaded to any server or shared with any third party.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

5. Third-Party Services

GPXWalk uses Apple MapKit to display maps. Apple's privacy policy applies to map tile loading. No other third-party services are used.

6. Children

GPXWalk does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
